Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (the "Policy") is published by V9O YUKTI, a registered enterprise (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-AP-26-0063178) with its registered office at 2-3, pothulapadu Block, jupadu bungalow, pothireddypadu, Nandikotkur Road, Kurnool, Nandyal District, Andhra Pradesh 518401 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our"). It governs the refund of any amounts paid by you ("you", "user") for Services availed on the Platform v9o.in.

1. General

Since our Services involve custom software development, automation, and related professional work, most engagements are billed based on agreed milestones. Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, are set out in the relevant proposal, invoice, or written agreement provided before work begins.

2. Custom / Project-Based Services

• An initial deposit paid to reserve or begin a project is non-refundable once work on the project has commenced.
• Milestone payments become non-refundable once the corresponding milestone has been delivered to you.
• If we are unable to begin or deliver the agreed work, we will refund any amounts paid for the undelivered portion of the project.

3. Subscriptions & Recurring Services

• If we provide subscription or recurring Services, you may cancel before the next billing cycle. Refunds for the cancelled period will be considered on a pro-rata basis, excluding any portion already delivered.
• No refunds are provided for billing cycles already used.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at harikrishnapatam@gmail.com within 7 days of the relevant payment or delivery, along with your invoice/reference details. We will review your request and respond within 7 working days.

5. Limitation

In no event will the Platform Owner be liable for refunds exceeding the total amount actually paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. This Policy is subject to the Terms & Conditions available at v9o.in/t&c.
